Psychology in the Park is a nationally recognised practice, offering psychology and counselling services in Berwick, Beaconsfield and Victoria's South Eastern suburbs for mental health and forensic issues.
In addition to clinic consultations, in light of compelling evidence that exposure to natural environments has significant positive impacts on mental health, consultations in restorative outdoor settings which promote recovery and personal growth are also offered.
Psychology in the Park practitioners work with adults and adolescents aged 13 years and above.

Appointments are available with our team and we are currently accepting new clients.

Patients with a GP referral / Mental Healthcare Plan can receive a Medicare rebate of $98.95 for up to 10 sessions per year with a Psychologist. Note, rebates are not available for Provisional Psychologist appointments and these have a reduced rate to allow for this.

Psychology in the Park
Take steps toward new thinking. Research has shown that walking outdoors enhances our thought processes, improving free flow of ideas and mood. During Psychology in the Park consultations individuals engage in assessment and treatment with a psychologist or counsellor whilst walking and/or being seated in restorative park settings. Our Cognitive Assessment services utilise the WISC (Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children) and WAIS (Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale) to evaluate cognitive abilities in children and adults.
